MAGNESIUM GLYCINATE

Many magnesium supplements are available on the market. Magnesium oxide is the most affordable, but it is not easily absorbed by your digestive system and is most commonly used for relieving heartburn or constipation. Magnesium glycinate, on the other hand, is formed by combining elemental magnesium with the amino acid glycine. This form of magnesium is highly bioavailable, meaning it is easily absorbed through your small intestine.
